This Week.....

I will be working out 5 times
Drinking at least 64 oz water a day
Limited my carbs big time
Getting 70g of protein a day
Tracking my food
Watching my sugar
and enjoying my last week of summer before I go back to school next week! Depressing!!

And as a result I hope to be at least 189 before I walk through those school doors on Tues 23rd.
